2. Check-in, Check-out & Identification

• Standard Check-in: 2:00 PM.
• Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM / 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur charges.
• Every adult guest must present valid, original government-approved photo identification and booking confirmation upon arrival.

3. Payment Terms

Full or partial prepayment may be required depending on the selected rate plan. Incidental charges, including room service, laundry, dining, or damages, must be settled before departure.

4. Cancellation, Amendment, and Refund Policy

• Flexible Rates: Cancellations or amendments made at least 48 hours before check-in receive a refund minus applicable processing fees.
• Late Cancellation / No-Show: Requests within 48 hours of arrival, or failure to check in, incur a first-night charge plus applicable taxes.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Promotional, discounted, or non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded once confirmed.

5. Hotel Property Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests are liable for damage to hotel property. Hazardous materials, illegal substances, disruptive conduct, and unauthorised commercial photography are prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and enclosed common areas; pets are not permitted unless expressly allowed by a property policy.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All website text, branding, graphics, images, and content are the property of Ackee Tree Hotels and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, or republished without written authorisation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ackee Tree Hotels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from website use or third-party service disruptions, loss of unattended valuables, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New Delhi, India.
